Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to administer and execute complex projects safely, profitably and on schedule. You will coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, and participate in business development during bids and negotiations.

The role supports progression (Step I/II) to manage large projects ($51–$199M) with 10–15+ years of experience, overseeing CPM scheduling, procurement, cost control, and program reporting to ensure client

Qualifications

• Four year construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Experience with contract documents, scheduling systems, cash flow procedures is required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Champions the orderly, timely transition of projects from the estimating phase to the field.
• Completes close out requirements and punch lists in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with the Project Superintendent the means and methods required for the successful and profitable execution of the work.
• Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Has overall responsibility for project success, including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manages all billings to ensure timely submission of payment applications and collection of payments.
• Manages the development of the overall CPM schedule with the Project Superintendent(s).
• Participates in preparation and review of estimates and client proposals.
