Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex projects in Florida, delivering safe, on-time results with strong client relationships. Qualifications

• Experience in Pre-Con managing construction projects, knowledge of contract documents, scheduling systems and cash flow procedures.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Experience with cost control and budgeting and working with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from estimating to field, coordinating contract reviews, schedules, budgets, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Complete close-out requirements and punch lists; handle warranty callbacks to maintain owner relationships.
• Coordinate with the Project Superintendent on means/methods, resources, and scheduling; review manpower, equipment, and material needs.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; manage project profitability and safety.
