Job summary

Suffolk Construction in Manassas, VA seeks a Project Manager for Data Centers to oversee project life cycle, budget, schedule, and contract administration. You will coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing procurement, log and drawing control, risk and insurance, and diligent communication with the owner and project team. Requires strong leadership and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with Suffolk Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to align with the Project Schedule.
• Represent Suffolk with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of Owner's contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build relationships with clients and the Suffolk project team members.
• Project startup, planning, and safety mobilization and project logs management.

Education
