Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience delivering advanced manufacturing, industrial, or process projects.
• Ability to oversee projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Experience managing construction in active manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of process utilities, equipment installation, and building systems.
• Experience planning shutdowns and phased construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of multiple advanced manufacturing projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
• Develop estimates, scopes of work, and subcontractor packages.
• Coordinate base-building construction with process equipment and controls.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Dallas market.
• Maintain client relationships and lead project pursuits with BD teams.
