Job summary

Warfel Construction is seeking a Project Executive to provide executive oversight of projects and lead a high-performing Project Management Team, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business as part of our Clients for Life mission.

The role requires guiding 3–5 Project Managers, setting revenue and margin goals, coordinating with Business Development for new client opportunities, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in CM/engineering/architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of management experience in construction.
• Proven track record overseeing complex projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Executive client liaison from Preconstruction through construction, available for client calls.
• Lead a team of 3-5 Project Managers and oversee their projects and development.
• Set revenue and margin goals aligned with the company plan.
• Assist Business Development to pursue new client relationships and opportunities.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs and RFQs with strong planning.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on or under budget.
