Job summary

Warfel Construction seeks a Project Executive to provide executive oversight on the project level, ensuring client satisfaction while leading a high-performing Project Management Team in Paoli, PA.

The ideal candidate will travel to the Paoli office and to New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties, manage 3–5 project managers, set revenue and margin goals, and collaborate with Business Development to win new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years of management experience with proven project leadership.
• Experience leading project teams and interfacing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–5 person Project Management Team and provide direct oversight.
• Set team revenue and margin goals aligned with Warfel’s strategic plan.
• Support Business Development to win new client relationships and opportunities.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFQs with strong presentation skills.
• Oversee scheduling, quality control, and timely project delivery.
• Manage project turnover, procurement, and client communications.
