Job summary

Warfel Construction Company in Paoli, PA is seeking a Project Executive to provide executive oversight on the project level and lead a high performing Project Management Team. This role ensures client satisfaction and repeat business in line with the Clients for Life mission.

The successful candidate will organize and lead 3-5 Project Managers, drive revenue and margin goals, and collaborate with Business Development to pursue new client relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 12+ years of management experience with proven project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize multiple project teams to deliver projects on time.
• Maintain CPM schedule alignment with field progress and implement recovery plans if needed.
• Represent the client in meetings and foster client relationships.
• Support preconstruction with logistics planning and RFP/RFQ responses.
