Job summary

Warfel Construction is seeking a Project Executive in Delaware to provide executive oversight on the project level and lead a high-performing Project Management Team. The role emphasizes client satisfaction and ongoing business through our Client for Life mission.

The successful candidate will manage a 3-5 person PM group, establish revenue and margin goals, collaborate with Business Development on opportunities, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year college degree in a construction-related field.
• 12+ years management experience on construction projects.
• Experience leading project management teams and interfacing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Executive contact to the client from Preconstruction through the construction process.
• Organize and lead a team of 3-5 Project Managers and oversee their projects.
• Establish team revenue and margin goals aligned with Warfel's strategic plan.
• Assist Business Development to find new client relationships and opportunities.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs and RFQs, and review project status with field teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget with quality control.
