Job summary

Warfel Construction Company in Delaware is seeking a Project Executive to provide executive oversight on projects and lead a high performing Project Management Team. You will communicate with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and pursue repeat business in line with our Clients for Life mission.

The role requires strong leadership, CPM scheduling, and ability to manage budgets while coordinating with Preconstruction and Business Development teams to grow revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CM/engineering/architecture or equivalent.
• 12+ years management experience with construction projects.
• Proven leadership and client-relationship skills.
• Ability to manage CPM schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 Project Managers and oversee their projects.
• Establish revenue and margin goals in alignment with Warfel strategic plan.
• Assist Business Development with client relationships and project opportunities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on or under budget.
• Oversee project turnover, procurement, and quality control.
