Job summary

Warfel Construction in Delaware seeks a Project Executive to provide executive oversight on project level and lead a high performing Project Management Team. You will ensure client satisfaction, drive project revenue and margins, and coordinate with business development to pursue new opportunities.

The role requires a four-year degree in construction-related field and 12+ years of management experience, with frequent site visits and strong CPM schedule oversight.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a four-year college degree majoring in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar program or similar related career experience.
• 12+ years management experience or similar career experience. Proven record of successfully managing projects consistent with those built by Warfel Construction Company.

Responsibilities

• Executive contact to the client from Preconstruction, as applicable, through the construction process.
• Organize and lead a team of 3-5 Project Managers, provide direct oversight to their projects and take an active role in their development.
• Establish team revenue and margin goals in alignment with Warfel strategic plan.
• Assist Business Development & Work Acquisition teams to find new client relationships and project opportunities.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs and RFQs with strong planning and presentation skills.
