Qualifikationen

• Progressive construction management experience leading project teams, financial performance, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of construction budgets, forecasting, contracts, scheduling, preconstruction, and project delivery.
• Clear communication and sound judgment; ability to lead pursuits, coordinate JV partners, develop teams, resolve disputes, and drive corrective action and process improvement.

Aufgaben

• Project accountability: Hold weekly check-ins with project teams and JV partners to verify responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Financial oversight: Own project financial management and profitability; review reports, billings, costs, and collections; approve subcontracts and change orders.
• Client engagement: Update clients face-to-face, conduct site walks, attend OAC meetings, address concerns, showcase project successes for future work.
• Project delivery: Visit sites regularly to understand challenges, support PMs, and ensure policies, safety, and quality standards are followed.
• Office leadership: Model company values, recruit and mentor staff, plan strategically, and report risks to leadership.
• Pursuit leadership: Lead RFP/RFQ/prequalification responses and coordinate stakeholder interviews.
• Estimating and preconstruction: Collaborate on cost reviews, GMP proposals, and handoff meetings; maintain cost/schedule projections.
