Qualifications

Progressive construction management experience leading project teams, financial performance, and client relationships.
Strong knowledge of budgets, forecasting, contracts, scheduling, preconstruction, and project delivery.
Ability to lead pursuits, coordinate JV partners, develop teams, resolve disputes, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Project accountability: weekly check-ins with project teams and JV partners to verify duties and resolve issues.
Financial oversight: manage profitability, review PSRs, billings, costs, and collections; approve subcontracts and change orders.
Client engagement: update and meet with clients; attend OAC meetings and share project successes.
Project delivery: visit sites to understand challenges and ensure policies, safety, and quality standards are followed.
Office leadership: recruit, mentor, plan, review performance, and report risks to leadership.
Pursuit leadership: lead RFPs/RFQs from prep to submission; coordinate stakeholders.
Estimating/preconstruction: collaborate on bids, GMPs, and handoffs; maintain cost/schedule projections.
