Qualifications

• Progressive construction management experience leading project teams and overseeing financial performance.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Clear communication skills and sound judgment with ability to lead pursuits, coordinate partners, and drive process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Project accountability: hold weekly check-ins with project teams and JV partners to verify responsibilities and resolve issues.
• Financial oversight: own project financial management, review PSRs, billings, costs, and collections; approve subcontracts and change orders.
• Client engagement: update clients through meetings and site walks; participate in OAC meetings and share project successes.
• Project delivery: visit sites to understand challenges; ensure policies, safety, and quality standards are followed; schedule all required meetings.
• Office leadership: recruit, mentor, plan, review performance, manage contracts and RFPs; report risks to President/CEO.
• Pursuit leadership: lead RFPs, RFQs, and prequalification responses; coordinate stakeholders and interviews.
• Estimating and preconstruction: review bids, GMP proposals, and maintain cost/schedule projections; coordinate handoffs and JV engagement.
