The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Internship or co-op experience in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
• Support the management of RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and material deliveries.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Assist with quality control and safety compliance efforts.
• Help maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Support project closeout activities including punch lists and documentation.
• Learn and apply construction management best practices and company procedures.
