Job summary

Jobot in Boise is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead major commercial construction initiatives. You will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and drive project delivery from scope through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, a related degree, strong financial acumen, and proven mentoring ability. Procore and MS Project experience preferred; competitive base salary with bonus, ESOP, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including significant project management and leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large and/or complex commercial construction projects and multiple project teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction operations.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor Project Managers and other construction professionals.
• Executive-level communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and support repeat business.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with involvement in critical project and operational issues.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction technology preferred.
