Qualifications

• Experience with construction processes.
• Understanding of applications for payment, change orders, lien releases, and more.
• Ability to read blueprints is advantageous, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project team.
• Issue purchase orders and track completions.
• Log and track submittals and invoices.
• Assist in bidding projects as needed.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with Project Management Software (e.g., Vista and Procore)

Experience with Accounting Software (Vista)

Strong math skills

Ability to communicate well verbally and in written form

Ability to multi-task, work independently

Detail and accuracy oriented
