Job summary

HC Company is seeking a Project Executive to provide executive oversight of multiple commercial construction projects and to lead project teams and client relationships in Boise. This senior role emphasizes profitability, schedule, quality, and risk management across the project lifecycle.

You will mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents, while collaborating with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Business Development to support growth and long‑term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record leading large or complex projects and multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction operations.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project professionals.
• Executive-level communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
