Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across multiple complex construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and senior project teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, scheduling and risk management.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors and consultants.
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction and purchasing during project setup and pursuit.
• Support business development and strategic growth in the regional market.
• Review contracts, procurement strategies and project controls.
