Appleton Finn is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager in Arizona to lead budgeting, estimates, and bid strategy for high-profile commercial projects. The role collaborates with BD, operations, clients, and design teams to ensure accurate, timely proposals and robust cost control.

You will develop conceptual budgets, perform quantity takeoffs, and guide value engineering while serving as the main client-facing advisor across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope and company

Qualifications

• 8+ years in preconstruction or estimating roles.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience in commercial construction preconstruction processes.
• Proficiency with estimating software and BIM tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead preconstruction from budgeting to proposal delivery.
• Prepare conceptual budgets and detailed estimates.
• Manage bidding efforts and subcontractor pricing.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to maintain budget.
