Job summary

Appleton Finn is partnering with a well-established General Contractor in Las Vegas to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction from preconstruction through completion.

You'll manage CPM schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, coordinating with owners and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, owners, and change orders.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work effectively in an active construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules and monitor project progress.
• Manage project budgets, costs, billing, and financial performance.
• Manage subcontractors, including scope review, negotiations, and agreements.
• Coordinate with owners, public entities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage owner change orders, schedule updates, and project documentation.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures.
• Provide leadership and support to the project team.
• Participate in preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and business development activities.
