Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks a Project Executive to provide overall direction and supervision of projects, including PMs, engineers, and administrators. The PX will establish priorities, maintain client relationships, and drive profitability and safety from start to finish.

This senior leader will guide preconstruction and execution, lead business development, coordinate with owners and consultants, and mentor staff to meet performance standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years of lead management experience for a construction CM at Risk or similar.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in cost reporting and strong command of scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects including PMs, Engineers and Administrators.
• Establish operational priorities and profitability plans for projects.
• Maintain relationships with owners, OPMs, subcontractors and consultants.
• Lead business development pursuits, proposals and interviews.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs across all phases.
