Job summary

This role reports to the Regional Director, oversees business development pursuits, and maintains client relationships with owners and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the lead management role for a construction manager or CM at Risk firm.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large scale projects.
• Proficient in Cost Reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of Scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects, including oversight of Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators.
• Establish operational priorities and ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Lead business development pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
• Oversee project reporting and development of SOPs for the PM Department.
• Mentor and coach staff to meet performance standards and growth.
