Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to provide overall direction and supervision of projects, overseeing PMs, engineers, and administrators, and establishing operational priorities with a focus on safety and profitability.

The role requires 15+ years of lead management experience in construction, strong cost reporting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across the division. Reports to Regional Director and collaborates with owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of lead management experience in construction CM at Risk or similar.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in cost reporting and basic MS Office.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects, including oversight of Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators.
• Lead business development pursuits, proposals and interviews.
• Identify and communicate pursuit strategy, staffing, estimates, risks, schedules, and logistics.
