Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 15+ years of lead management experience in a CM at Risk or construction management firm.
• Proficient in cost reporting and budgeting.
• Thorough understanding and usage of Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software and logic required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pursue business development opportunities using industry contacts.
• Lead the work acquisition process including profitability plans, coordination with inter‑department staff, proposal development, and interview preparation management.
• Define RFP pursuit strategy informing project approach, staffing, estimates, risks, schedules, and logistics.
