Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Project Executive to provide overall direction and supervision of projects, directing Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators. The PX will set priorities, maintain strong owner relationships, and lead safety, quality, and profitability initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading business development, developing budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful project execution from preconstruction through close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of lead management experience in CM at Risk or construction firms.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in cost reporting and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects and project teams.
• Establish operational priorities and ensure safety and quality.
• Lead business development pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
• Attend owner meetings and monitor project performance, costs, schedule, and profitability.
• Mentor and coach staff; conduct performance evaluations every 6 months.
