Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Executive in Virginia to guide project direction, supervise Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators, and set operational priorities to ensure safety and quality.

You will lead business development efforts, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and drive profitability from preconstruction through close-out on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 15+ years of lead management experience for a CM at Risk firm.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large scale projects.
• Proficient in Cost Reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Office and scheduling software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead work acquisition, profitability planning, and interview preparation activities.
• Identify and communicate RFP pursuit strategy for project approach, staffing, estimates, risks, schedule and logistics.
• Assign qualified staff to manage project scope and complexities.
• Oversee preconstruction budgeting, scheduling, logistics, risks and constructability reviews.
• Provide oversight from preconstruction to close-out, ensuring continuity.
• Establish a customer satisfaction action plan and ensure execution.
• Identify challenges and propose solutions to meet objectives and profitability.
• Negotiate owner contracts and oversee subcontract development.
• Provide high-level supervision across multiple projects and lead as needed.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and monitor performance; address client concerns.
• Maintain client contact to encourage communication and teamwork.
