Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Executive for Commercial MEP Construction in Richmond, Virginia. The role offers full ownership of multiple high-value projects, leading superintendents and project teams with autonomy and a strong leadership mandate.

Salary ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 180,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. You will manage commercial aspects including revenue forecasts, cash flow, and change orders, while developing new business with key clients.

Formación

• 10+ years of project management in commercial MEP or mechanical contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent vocational training.
• Senior, autonomous, long-term position sought.

Responsabilidades

• Full ownership of multiple commercial MEP projects, leading superintendents, field staff and project teams.
• Lead the commercial side, including revenue forecasts, cash flow, schedule of values and change orders, and develop new business with key clients.
• Oversee project performance and client relationships to secure repeat business.
