Rise Technical in Richmond, VA is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects, overseeing crews on multiple job sites and coordinating with subcontractors. This field-based role includes mentorship and potential progression into senior leadership or Project Management.

You will report to the on-site leadership and help drive project success with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC / mechanical construction background with experience leading crews.
• OSHA 30 and EPA certification (or able to obtain immediately).

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial HVAC / mechanical construction work across multiple job sites.
• Daily check-ins with crews and coordination of subcontractors.
• Field-based role with office visits around twice per week.
