Job summary

CSG Talent in Richmond, Virginia is seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager to lead major commercial and industrial construction programs. You will own complex projects, coordinate MEP trades, schedules, and procurement while maintaining client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial/industrial project management, strong financial acumen, leadership, and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial project management experience.
• Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or electrical construction expertise.
• Experience managing MEP projects or scopes valued at $10M+.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, labor and procurement.
• Proven leadership and client-management skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
