Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical data center projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet time and budget goals.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction and at least 3 years of data center PM experience, with strong leadership and negotiation skills. Excellent cost control and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager for data center projects.
Strong budgeting, contract management, cost control, and scheduling experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
Ability to lead and negotiate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction (data center) projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Oversee installation of electrical utilities and safety compliance.
Conduct site inspections and audits for quality.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Resolve issues or delays impacting timeline or budget.
