Job summary

Aecon Engineering Services Inc., the former United Engineers and Constructors, an Aecon Company, seeks a Project Engineering Manager (PEM) to lead engineering and design efforts for upgrading nuclear generating stations from Milford, MA. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and safety across a multi-disciplinary team.

Travel is required to plant sites and industry meetings. The role requires a PE license, 12+ years in nuclear plant engineering, and strong leadership capabilities to drive

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering management and guidance to staff and enforce policies.
• Lead proposal development and pricing strategies.
• Plan and manage activities to meet safety, quality, schedule and budget goals.
• Demonstrate project leadership under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary project team and delegate tasks.
• Monitor activities and identify problems, develop alternatives, mitigate risks.
