Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing or composite product development.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
• Experience with composite manufacturing processes and RCCA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of project engineers.
• Staffing strategy and performance management for the team.
• Oversee design definition, manufacturing support, MRB and RCCA activities.
• Serve as technical liaison between engineering, operations, and customers.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Report engineering performance metrics and program status to leadership.
• Support proposal development with technical scoping and cost estimation.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical issues.
• Foster a culture of technical rigor and ownership.
