Job summary

Qualifications

• Aerospace composite structures knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with AS9100 or equivalent is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop molding and intermediate manufacturing processes.
• Generate and maintain work instructions and documentation.
• Provide support to train production staff.
• Identify methods to reduce average part cost.

Skills

Ability to translate design outputs to production documentation

Excellent written and oral communication

Application of Lean and Six Sigma tools

Data analysis

Education

BS Engineering degree, ME/AE/EE preferred

3+ years direct experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering

Tools

Statistical analysis software (MiniTab or equivalent)
