Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as an engineer or in a technical management role.
• Leadership experience or clear competence/aptitude.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle dynamic situations.
• BS in designated Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of 8–12 manufacturing engineers.
• Balance workload and allocate engineers to programs.
• Set goals and participate in performance reviews.
• Provide coaching and development plans for engineers.
• Lead root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Solve engineering problems as individual contributor when needed.
• Represent the organization in project-related technical issues.
