• B.S. in construction management, civil, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P3/P6 and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction with guidance from Project Manager/Area Manager.
• Estimate budgets, value engineer, and develop project budgets.
• Facilitate subcontractor bid processes and document control.
• Use software tools to process and track project documentation.
• Lead safety, schedule, costs, and project closeout with PM support.
