Responsibilities

• Provide project management support from design through construction of capital projects.

• Oversee quality and compliance with design concepts, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead evaluations of water/wastewater treatment designs and conduct system capacity assessments.
• Coordinate capital planning, master planning, and facility audits within the state.
