Utility Engineering Group is seeking a Civil/Environmental Engineering professional to lead and manage public water and wastewater projects in Texas. You will oversee design teams, perform hydraulic modeling, and prepare contract documents while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a Texas PE license, 4+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Travel to multiple project sites is expected, with standard business hours and flexible scheduling

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an applicable or related engineering field with project design and implementation responsibility.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; WaterGEMS preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.

Mansioni

• Assist with project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Oversee, manage, and approve project design; supervise the design team.
• Apply general civil engineering design techniques on water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare and present reports and updates; provide engineering computations.
• Direct production work of engineering technicians and engineers; contract and construction administration.
• Conduct construction observation and program management for multi-phase projects.
• Travel between project sites across Comal, Guadalupe, Bexar, and adjacent counties as required.
