Job summary

PC Construction in the United States seeks a Senior Project Engineer with experience in heavy civil, water, or wastewater construction to lead project administration and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, cost control, scheduling, and document management while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with field teams, owners, and subs contractors to ensure safe, quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project engineering experience, preferably in water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration activities.
• Review plans, specifications, and owner contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement efforts, vendor pricing, subcontract negotiations, and material deliveries.
• Support budget management, owner billings, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Collaborate with field teams, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges.
• Help drive project safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Mentor and support Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and interns.
