Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned technical project engineer or program manager to lead end-to-end execution of Ground and Vehicle Umbilical Systems for the New Glenn program. You will focus on safety, repeatability, and on-time delivery in a fast‑paced government‑caliber aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of technical project engineering or program management experience
• Experience managing complex cross-functional technical projects
• Proficiency with scheduling and planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Jira)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk management
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Ability to manage vast number of stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to earn trust and foster inclusive culture
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project execution from requirements definition and planning through delivery
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, test, and launch operations teams
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, and programmatic risks
• Facilitate design reviews and program status meetings
• Manage supplier and vendor deliverables with Supply Chain on contracts and performance
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership
• Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution
