Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Largo, FL seeks a Master Scheduler to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for aerospace programs. You will align demand, capacity, and inventory targets across value streams to achieve on-time delivery and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include 18-month planning, CTB analysis, and coordinating with Engineering, Contracts, and Finance while ensuring ITAR and FAR/DFARS compliance. Requires DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance
• Experience with production scheduling and ERPs/MRP/MPS/SIOP principles

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an 18-month rolling Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts and firm orders
• Translate demand into executable production plans considering capacity, labor, and materials
• Schedule alignment with value streams and programs to meet on-time delivery and targets
• Coordinate ECOs, ECPs, and NPI ramps with Engineering and Configuration Management
• Support monthly/quarterly capacity reviews and provide schedule visibility and KPIs
