Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage mid-to-high complexity operational projects and programs. You will provide organization, oversight, and timely implementation of programs under the OPMO Director of Strategic Operations.

You will lead project teams, develop budgets and forecasting, ensure milestones are met, and communicate progress to stakeholders across locations. Domestic and international travel of 25-35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a related field.
• Preferred experience in engineering project management.
• Proven project management skills with budgeting, scheduling and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of planning, budgets and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in development of product process strategies and improvement initiatives.
• Lead highly complex and high priority projects; provide direction to team members.
• Manage project budgets, capex forecasts, and status reporting.
