Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Project Engineer to manage mid-complexity and high-profile operational projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements.

This role reports to the OPMO Director of Strategic Operations and requires travel 25-35% to support programs across sites. The position demands strong project-management skills, technical engineering expertise, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field.
Must possess project managerial skills combined with technical expertise.
Must have a working design knowledge of Milwaukee products and related technologies.
Proficient in statistical analysis and reliability applications to products.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Provide support to management in development of new product process strategies and initiatives.
Lead highly complex and high priority projects, providing direction and engineering/operational expertise.
Manage project budgets, capital expenditure forecasts, and status reports to control scope, cost and schedule.
Communicate technical details to engineers and non-engineers across locations to align teams.
Drive design of projects to meet design guides, cost, timing, reliability and high volume manufacturing needs.
Analyze and select execution options to meet specifications and implement into mass production.
Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain awareness of competitive landscape in power tools.
