Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an OPMO Sr Project Engineer to lead mid-to-high complexity projects and programs. You will provide organization, oversight, and timely implementation under the OPMO Director of Strategic Operations.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with design guides, regulatory standards, and mass production goals. Domestic and international travel is required 25–35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field; preferred engineering project management experience.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of Milwaukee products and design/production context.
• Basic statistical analysis and reliability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership on mid-complexity and high-profile projects.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress and report status.
• Guide teams and ensure timely, within-budget project execution.
• Communicate technical details to engineers and non-engineers across locations.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and alignment with manufacturing requirements.
