Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Project Engineer to manage mid‑complexity and high‑profile operational projects. You will provide organization, oversight, and timely implementation of programs reporting to the OPMO Director of Strategic Operations.

The role requires leading cross‑functional teams and ensuring project alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, at least 3 years in a related field and strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in related field; PM experience preferred.
Must possess project managerial skills with planning, budgets and financial analysis.
Working knowledge of Milwaukee product technologies and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership over mid/high‑complexity projects and programs.
Develop budgets, capital expenditure forecasts, and status reports.
Communicate with multiple locations to align project goals and timelines.
Drive designs to meet cost, timing, reliability and high-volume manufacturing needs.
Ensure compliance with Design and process procedures and track project schedules.
