The candidate will oversee execution planning, budgeting, and schedule development, while coordinating with clients and supporting business development through technical input and cost estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Ten years of engineering experience in offshore, upstream or midstream oil and gas.
• Technical hands-on knowledge of related engineering systems and calculations.
• Knowledge of project engineering processes and procedures.
• Experience in Conceptual Studies, FEED and Detailed Engineering.
• Experience in engineering design of large modularized facilities.
• Familiarity with fabrication/construction/installation practices and codes.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to lead discipline engineers.
• Manages design scope and execution plans for projects.
• Develops engineering budget and schedule.
• Reviews design documents, change orders and specifications for construction or procurement.
• Oversees bid analyses for procurement of equipment and services.
• Resolves field-initiated engineering questions.
• Interacts with client on engineering matters.
• Assists in proposals and cost estimation during business development.
