Job summary

Erthos is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Engineer to drive design, engineering, and execution of utility-scale Earth Mount Solar projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Project Engineering, you will coordinate across engineering, project management, construction, and field operations from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in utility-scale solar.
• 4+ years of direct field experience in utility scale solar.
• Proficient knowledge of utility-scale PV system components and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project engineering team-level execution, expediting engineering deliverables to support project schedules and contractual requirements.
• Translate project requirements into technical deliverables and maintain alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to identify key project constraints.
• Accountable for all project engineering and field engineering duties, ensuring project teams are executing within the proper team processes and standards.
• Contribute to the development of engineering standards, best practices, and templates to drive continuous improvement across projects.
