Job summary

Performance Contracting seeks an experienced Senior Project Engineer for its Raleigh-531 operations based in Raleigh, NC. The role includes labor control, RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, scheduling with field supervisors, punch lists, and QA/QC support.

The position requires 4–7 years of project management experience, proficiency with MS Office, the ability to read specifications/drawings, strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read/interpret specifications and drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with customer-service focus.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask on multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Prepare RFI’s and submittals.
• Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders.
• Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.
• Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation.
• Support the QA/QC measures outlined in the QA/QC program.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
