Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering or Architecture with transit facilities experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of construction project management techniques and software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Project Manager to define scope, budgets, and feasibility.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and program/force account plans.
• Prepare RFPs and manage consultant contracts; coordinate designs with operations.
• Assist in procurement and construction stages; coordinate with agencies and departments.
• Oversee project resources, budgets, and schedules; supervise engineers and inspectors.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed; train staff on project duties.
