Senior Project Engineer — Construction Delivery & QA Lead

Job summary

MYCON is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Dallas to support the project manager and superintendent. You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors and MYCON staff to ensure safety, accuracy and smooth project delivery.

You will mentor engineers, manage RFIs, submittals, and change directives, and drive QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle. On-site collaboration and weekly meetings are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Completion of 30 Hour OSHA training required.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Drone pilot license within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM and Superintendent with change orders and scheduling.
• Set up drawing logs in Procore and maintain throughout the project.
• Manage RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, and RFPs; track to resolution.
• Update and distribute monthly project schedules with PM/PE/PM.
• Coordinate QA/QC and ensure proper materials are used.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; manage transmittals.
• Prepare project close-out documents and As-Built drawings.
• Maintain digital photo documentation and project records.
