Job summary

HOLT CAT's Power Systems Division is seeking a Project Engineer 3 to drive power generation projects from initiation to startup and commissioning, serving as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders.

You will develop milestones, manage budgets, provide technical support, and ensure safety and compliance while collaborating across departments to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Six+ years of planning, scheduling and/or project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Model, promote, and reinforce values-based leadership and project governance.
• Analyze and assist sales reps in preparing competitive engine project cost estimates.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement project work plans to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate project status and risks.
